Am i doing enough....ive just cut down doing my long weekly run of upto 17-18 miles , and am now doing 6 miles every other day at about 8 1/2 minute miles...am wanting to do the flm in about 4 1/2 hr.... so am i doing enough or too much in the run

Hi AllI have just called the FLM helpline to see if they will shed anylight onto whats happening re cheques and I was told that if you have been accepted or bequeathed but rejected the money is coming out now. If you haven't had your cheque cashed
