Gastric bypass

Suspected vit B12 deficiency

I had very similar symptoms and after numerous tests it turned out to be a Folic Acid deficiency.  Sarah, Folic is one of the 'B's???Supplements have sorted it out a treat. Folic is one of the Bs  B12 and folic acid absorption are inter-related too

Query about Blood test

asked for B12 and folic acid to be checked as well as Glucose levels (lots of diabetes in my family) and FBC - although I don't know what the last one is. well, the FBC will be affected if you have a cold-the white cells may be up, or even down
