'The food doctor everyday diet'
anyone read this/tried it out? by trinity1

bought a copy from my local chemists.Thought it looked quite good - appears to be a plan for life to encourage nutritional eating (rather than a restrictive-type diet where you can't eat this or that food group, or have to limit yourself on calories

Food Intolerance
Advice please !!!! by sonia taylor

took 30 mins and showed up which foods and food groups(if any) your body finds hard to digest resulting in you lacking energy and /or feeling groggy. I don't know how precise they are but it worked for me and at £40 wasn't bad value for money. Sonia

Food Intolerance
by alligator

actually do have an intolerance. There is a step by step guide to the elimination diet. Remember giving up whole food groups can be difficult and you have to think if the benefits will outweigh the difficulties and inconveniences giving up whole food

East Midlands April Social
Saturday 29th by Little M.iss Ultra Happy

be great if you could make it. Yay, all round to Jars place for food....;o) ..gets thinking cap on to find a venue.. The Boat Inn serves food on a Saturday evening up to 8 o'clock. I suspect they may be persuaded to go on a bit later for a group booking
