Hello! As a new runner I want to do some 5K races regularly but was wondering if you do a 'fun run' does that mean you have to fundraise? I know this may make me sound pretty tight but I can't keep asking everyone I know to give me money as I think

into paying from your own pocket!!! I would do as much fundraising as you can before Christmas as next year you are going to be getting busy with the long runs. Maybe you could have a cake sale on your last day at work and ask for donations to your charity

that you ask people for sponser money they dont seem to want to give again! Is it acceptable to enter these races without fundraising every time , or is that frowned upon ? It isnt that I wouldnt like to get money for the charities , its just that I would
