Ok any good advice. Knackered groin playing football. Enjoying the football trying to stay fit whilst having a rest out of season so to speak from running.Pain goes from inside of leg through the pubic bone and into the stomach half way up in fact

Groin strain
Groin strain by SUSAN NAYLOR

Just started running - last week, went for a run today and felt my right groin starting to tighten up. Was jogging slowly for 4 minutes and walking for 1 to 2 minutes for 35 mins and 3.64k ( slow but able to breathe!). Discomfort started 10-15 mins

How long for groin to fix?
Groin injury by Roy Taylor

a chance to do the 10km run in Oxford on Sunday - but is it too soon? I have kept fit on cross trainers and cycling but badly, badly miss my running. Help! Hi Roy but you're unlikely to get any offers from gals if you've "broken" your groin. LOL

Groin
by MaxC

I stupidly played football the other day. I tweaked my groin, the source of the pain/discomforture is about 1-2 inches down my leg from the groin, feels like a bruise. Can anyone advise/diagnose my problem, I don't want to miss this years half
