I have a a slight niggle in the groin area for the past 3 weeksi ve rested it as much as possible during this time but am itching to get out their again.I can no longer feel it if im walking - but I havent risked running with it yet. is it advisable
I recent niggle came to the fore last night after hill training.I've had some soreness from deep in my right groin area, in line with my pubic bone. Not sure if it's a groin muscle or my hip flexer? it comes on when I lift my right leg off

was my first ever race and a half marathon off road the week before... However before these 2 longer challenges I begun to get a pain in my groin which radiated from groin and diagonally across the quads, I also got pain above the greater trochanter area
