Hello. I finished a few weeks ago a half, and I am now planning on running a Marathon in about half a year.All the schedules I have found so far seem to be 12 weeks, 16 weeks, etc - but so far I have not found a schedule that is over half a year

of the year, is there a 'sensible' set of runs to enter ?. Are there any training schedules that a beginer can tweak and follow just do what you want to do, some people will do a 5k, then 10k then a half and then a full marathon but some other people only run

Garmin Marathon Training
