Just bought a Timex Bodylink system.Over the last 3 days the results have been very interesting.But im not entirely sure what to make of them.I appreciate the heart rate monitor comes with a huge label stating that it is not medically accurate

oh my god!! by looney toon

Anyone out there with a heart rate like mine?? i was wondering if there are any other highly strung runners who hit the 200s at the top of the Windsor hills (especailly mile 8) Not even close. I think I max'd at about 172 but I started walking up

after long runs by harrier-kev

I have beeen out this morning and my heart rate seemed to be a bit high for the speed i was running.Did a long run on sunday as iam training for FLM. It was 22 mile run and i ran it at 6.46 pace. Obviously not pushing it but still a good run

Hi anyine else notice there heart rate is higher during the hotter weather,mine seems to be about 4-5 beats higher on average at the moment HiyaI've noticed my HR is higher lately aswell..... didn't think of the warmer weather... that clears
