i run every other day.Cross training:cycle everyday including hillwork.Wot other cross training could i do? i quite like swimming but none of my friends do and can't go on my own cos i'm too young. my parents won't cum either and the club

improved since not only in the distances I am running but also in the speed at which I run, hillwork etc.Most running clubs should cater to beginners - give a few a ring and ask them. As I am not as fast as most of the other runners who are more experienced

the hillwork for the moment, you'll only succeed in putting yourself off running if you do too much too soon.They all float down here! Mwah ha ha ha hah! unless you live in norfolk you will need to tackle some hills but one step at a time build up some fitnes

Am I ready for Dartmoor Discovery?
Concerns about whether to race in upcoming Dartmoor Discovery by Jon Barker 3

will be doing another 20 miler this weekend which is two weeks before the race.Does this sound like sufficient preparation to complete the race? Should I have concentrated more of my training on hillwork as I have done very little really? I have no desires
