tenuously linked to my running experience by littlemissgreedy

Have almost completely ditched the gym in favour of running outside now. My only problem is I don't yet have any free weights (except one pair of 8lb dumbbells).Has anyone else ditched the gym in favour of home? What equipment would you recommend
