White chocolate maltesers..................
bleurgh by beebs bedecked with baubles

??? I'm sorry, got to put my foot down about this. Chocolate should be brown and not white. If it's not brown it aint chocolate. CatI'd rather not think about it. It was a long time ago, and I was very young. The nightmares are getting less frequent

Recovery
What's the best way to recover after long runs? by Charlie Parry

run.Good luck in Edinburgh. Some swear by ice baths, but I always go for a hot shower and a choc milk shake. Get your legs up as soon as you can while you have an hour or so rest. But don't forget that your long runs runs should be at a much slower

Remedies for chocolate addiction, anyone?
....all entries welcome by Fitter TABG

this space.... or alternatively, go try it for yourselves. Hot chocolate. Drink it, rather than eat it: seems to have the same effect, but half the calories (so long as you make it with water/buy a low cal instant one). There must be a nutritional reason
