on long runs with me.  I haven't got around to comparing with jelly babies yet because chocolate's been so effective. how do you stop it melting? I wrap it in foil and put it in my running belt.  Seems to be OK - even in hot weather.  Wrapped in foil

strange but true

I used to have a pretty unhealthy diet, takeaways, currys, beer etc Started eating a much improved diet about a week ago, have already lost 2lbs!The strange thing is I now have mad cravings for chocolate whereas before I couldn't stand the stuff

Runners choice by right foot left foot

In the run up to FLM when menu's consist of pasta and very little else I have decided to nominate my 3 best chocolate bars. 1) Double Decker. The crunch in the top layer sets it apart2) Curly Wurly. Childhood favourite3) Twix. Simple but great taste
