by Chase Runner
once a week. Yet my BMI is 29 and I'm a 92kg, over weight vegetarian. I've just invested in a dhb 19 function HRM to try and sort out my fat problem. (although the instructions aren't that clear that are supplied with it). I've read that I need to train

I am looking to get a HRM, but I'm a bit worried that the chest strap comfort might be an issue if wearing the HRM for long runs (i.e. that it might chafe). Is there much difference, in terms of comfort, between the various makes of HRMs? And if so

HRM Training
First time out with new HRM--slightly alarmed
by sylvanette
on a long run I should have been running at 60% of my maximum which would have been around 110 BPM -- but even jogging I was running at 146 - as you are relatively fit and can run comfortably at thet pace leave the HRM at home and enjoy your running
