I've been having some problems with the HRM strap on my 405 lately, it seems to regularly stop picking up my heart rate and just displays my HR as 144 the zone info turns to " - - " and % goes to " - " (hopfully you don't need to read morse code
on a long run I should have been running at 60% of my maximum which would have been around 110 BPM -- but even jogging I was running at 146 - as you are relatively fit and can run comfortably at thet pace leave the HRM at home and enjoy your running
