Car outside temprature gauge was reading -2 when I got in tonight, headed out on a nice steady run, ended up having an impromptu ice skating session down the back lanes!!!!.Anyone else struggling?, this is my first year of running properly

Running in the cold/ice

So, it's the first really cold day in London, with ice on the pavements. I started running in April, so this is new to me. What should I do? I usually run around 9.30 when the kids are in bed, but only have lycra 3/4 length bottoms, and can't stand

Ice bath, how long?

How long should I stay in an ice bath after my long runs? Until your clackersack is up in your chest cavity? As long as it feels good for.So say twice as long as smashing your head against a brick wall. Couldn't have put it better myself! Mr Puffy

the Ice Wine Regions of the Black Forest. Value for money is incredible at 35€ for entry and food and then the cheap flight from Stansted. Rolf has another event in October and I’m sure that I will be there to be part of his next venture. Oh the time, 9hrs

Ice packs for knees

HelloI am training for my first marathon and I am suffering from Runners knee. I am trying to put ice on it every evening to help the healing. Does any one know of any gel ice packs you can put in freezer which would be suitable for this purpose
