I have been trying to improve my running for over a year now! I have made definate improvements - I can now run for about 30mins whereas when I started I struggled after about a minute! I use a mixture of treadmill and outdoor running and run 2 to 3

How to improve?

I've been running for 6 months now, and manage to get 1.45.15 at my last 1/2 marathon. Trouble is, no matter what the distance (3 miles, 5 miles etc), I can't improve my per mile speed. It always works out at 7.3 miles per hour. How can I improve
