to improve with good, well planned long runs and further weight loss - you've probably already seen this in your journey to date.Don't be afraid to build some off road running into your schedule also. I've really gotten into my fell/trail running this year

interesting though... what was 'conflicting' about the representations of body building and tattoos, and why were a lot of them anti-tattoo? For me my running and my tattoos go hand in hand as positive things I've done to improve my body image, but I'm curious
