Injuries in general
Is rest the only way to get better? by gogirl

expect someone's already answered a similar question elsewhere but can anyone tell me whether it is still safe to run if you have such an injury? Or is total rest the only way of ever getting over it? I'm paranoid about getting a serious long

General aches and pains or beginnings of a serious injury?
How do you tell the difference? by Alexander The Average

I'm up to about 35 miles a week at the moment, but over the past couple of days my right knee has been unusually sore when I twist on it. How do I know if this is the beginning of a proper injury that requires action to stop it getting worse

sports massage
by Libby Cameron

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced sport's masseur in Watford?  I have tried a few but they just haven't been all that great.  It would not be for a specific injury, just a general massage once a month.

I have had a dodgy right knee for over a year. It is generally fine when running but any slight twisting with the foot planted causes a lot of pain and a feeling that something is about to give way. I generally only feel the injury when lifting any
