Hi I have just come across Power of 10 and have a question regarding why ARC races are not permitted for entry. Although I am aware of the ARC disclusion via various discussion groups, why then are international events (e.g. Paris 20k, Berlin
So with all the stuff going on about our 'carbon footprint' or whatever they call it and the need to cut down on un necissary air travel etc. should people be looking to do IM races more local to them and does this bring up new opportunities
