! The odd thing is that it has just started to happen in the wake of having had a foot and running analysis (for the marathon) and getting new trainers to correct overpronation on the inside of the foot of the leg now affected.Sorting a physio asap. ITBS

PARANOID OR ITBS.......HELP!

I managed to get ITBS approx a year ago and had to stop running for about a month, visit a physio and gradully build up mileage slowly. Ive started running again approx two months ago and after a 11 mile run two days ago, my knee started burning

anyone with itbs experience

I am not sure weather i have manager to get itbs for a second time or not?went for a run a few days ago and my knee felt weak and burning the next day. Ive rested it for two days and it feels better. I am unsure weather ive got it again

strengthening exercises, for the past 3 days but can still feel the pain, how long should I have to wait to feel the benefit? I was not at as high a mileage when I first got ITBS. It took me six weeks from onset of pain before I could run more than a half mile
