......oxidising the little buggers may helpsea water gets rid of a lot of the smells as well on the same basis - found that out with my minging Timex watchstrap which is now longer smelly - but I guess you can't go down to the beach and bash the kit on a rock........ I wear

help, I plan to start running to improve my fitness but need to buy some running kit. I work in a shop that stocks some ronhill products so I would prefer to buy ronhill . I've not done ANY real running since I left school so I am totaly clueless

from run4it, not sure if their on there site but should be able to source you a pair. Maybe over engineered bit they are truly fantastic, one of the best bits of kit I have bought. If you have any trouble with rubbing or chaffing then these will help
