Laces

This may sound a silly request but has anybody any ideas how to keep your laces from coming undone while your running. I have a race coming up in the next couple of weeks and my laces are forever coming undone even though i tie them as a double knot

there is a tip in the gear section about laces. i just tie them normally then tuck them under the criss-crosses. easy. i have done this for years and the laces have never come undone. i wonder if rw could have a small tips section? I do the same

OK here goes - I've been suffering from a lot of toe and toe nail problems recently. My shoes are correct (GTS5's) so I changed the way I lace them up, in order to give my toe box more space.(as described on the new balance website)The problem

Replacement laces

I like to have my laces tied really, really tight; but this means that they wear out quickly and become flimsy and weak. So I need to get some new laces. Can anyone recommend any that would be suitable for Mizuno Wave Rider 13s? The only laces

Shoe Laces

At the Marathon expo last year i saw a stall that had laces that had for want of a better word lumps every half inch or so, when pulled tight the lump dissapears so the laces can be pulled tighter/loser etc, i think they were about £10 and shouldn

Shoe laces

Does anyone else have problems with shoe laces? I always find that they are too short. I have a drawer full of the shoe laces that come with shoes and a few precious pairs of extra long laces that i put into each new pair of shoes and take out

Nylon laces...

eg on my new KyanosWhy ???!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get those elastic laces ! No worries ! elastic laces!!! - best thing since slice bread!!!! MOst people tie their bows using a 'granny' knot'. If you tie them using a reef-bow instead they come undone much less

Lock Laces
Any good?

Hullo folks, anyone have any experience of 'Lock Laces' ?Want to replace my Lunar laces as they are a little bit naff and came across these 'lock Lace' things. Worth it>? yes - have been using them in all my road running shoes for some time

Red Laces

I presume everyone got sent a pair of red laces with their registration form ? I seem to remember last year a donation was made for every pair that finished. I've looked everywhere and can't find clarification of this for 08. Any ideas ? Hi Ale
