torn ligament advice by Stoutman

Anyone had a torn ligament?
An MRI scan confirmed a partially torn medial ligament. How long? by Melanie Gibb

I'm still suffering although the swelling has gone down loads, but the more the swelling goes down the more pain I seem to suffer from when I walk. The medial collateral ligament was partially torn but the swelling is below the knee cap
