Hi, after a recent training build up to a couple of half marathons I have developed pain and spasming in my lower back.  I have been running for about 7 years and this is a new one for me.  I have tried resting recently and am now back running again

Stiffness and sleeping by JK12

you have back problems? Thanks Tigerlily - much appreciated. I find that my lower back is always tight and I think it is linked to tight hamstrings. It is only in the last 6 months that I have had pain in my big toe joints, calfs, knee and neck as well
