Sore lower back

For the past 4 days my lower back has been extremely sore and neither pain killers nor alcohol seem to help much. It seems to be muscular and is centred around the spine. I've kept off running in case that agravates it. Not sure the cause

Hi I have lower back,hip,knee and foot pain,to which i have had physiotherapy(mainly on the back).Although it eased off,when i continued running(on grass as there is less impact),it has gradually come back.My physio says the foot pain and back pain

Its been now almost 2 months (3 days away from being 2 months). I have lower back pain- or what I'd describe as a sort of hip itch. It feels as if I have to keep yanking at my obliques to try to stretch out my hips in order to get rid of the pain

I have been having a problem with pain in my lower back.  My lower back goes into spasm which as you can imagine is quite painful. I am currently running 25 -30 miles a week however I do not experience any pain when I am running and my performance

for relieving back pain. But the key must be why your back is getting sore. I had very weak back muscles and started pilates with my Tri club. My lower back and piriformis were under developed and pilates has cured that. Excellent point, Count!Strong core
