Edinburgh Marathon Checklist for Race Day - Unusual Item

Stress Fracture

SF but not tibia - that's next on my check-list though lol) Ran the New York marathon in 2008 so I have a good basis of regular running. On average I was doing about 30 miles a week. Had a tibial stress fracture of the left leg when stepping up

on your back on the bike and your front for the run so pinning it to your top isn't a good idea. Worth having a look on 220 website (I'll wash my mouth out later) as there is a checklist that may help. I have bastardised a number of checklists for Ironman
