I've been running for over 2 years and have recently started trying out lightweight shoes for half marathon distances.I have tried the Saucony Fastwich and Adizero Adios and both have left me with sore heels at the end of the half, even though I do
marathon goal. Better to aim low and be pleasantly surprised than to doggedly overtrain and face almost-certain disappointment on race-day. Thank you, am still not sure, so I guess I'll start gently and see how it goes!
