Racing shoes that won't give me heel pain

marathon goal. Better to aim low and be pleasantly surprised than to doggedly overtrain and face almost-certain disappointment on race-day. Thank you, am still not sure, so I guess I'll start gently and see how it goes!

Taper Long Run distances...

Hi,How far is too far during marathon taper weeks ?  Running Berlin marathon on 28th (1 week this sunday).  my training peaked at 40-50 miles per week.week3 did 20m @ MPace + 15secweek2 did 13m @MPace this weekend pencilled in 10m @ MPace
