hi all.I've been looking for a schedule for the 2008 chicago marathon in about 8 months time,my best time so far is 3-59 but would like to get 3-30 this time but not sure how to train as most all schedules are about 16 weeks but i've got more time
Having successfully used the RW Garmin ready schedule for the NY marathon, I'm now looking towards London, but I'm thinking of trying a different schedule. Other than the RW ones, the only other ones I've heard much of are the P&D schedules

My partner has an elite start in this years FLM (via half marathon time) and is following the advanced RW schedule, she is really determined to run a good race and is training well, but at times is finding it hard to fit it all in with work etc
