Hal Higdon Marathon Training Schedules.
Who's used them? by ICRAM

I have just completed Abingdon Marathon and used the RW 16 week sub 4 schedule. Having got round in 3:55 I am now setting my sights on a sub 3:45 and thought about using a HH schedule this time. What do you think of the HH schedules? Are they OK

2nd marathon and the RW schedules
Opinions and help please?! by mike_a

I'm about to start training for my 2nd marathon. Armed with the lessons learnt from my first one, I've also been looking at the RW marathon schedules. They all seem to be geared on building a good base before upping the miles and speed
