Forerunner 310XT
by adam nosworthy

So ive done all my research and im satisfied that the 310xt is the piece of kit that suits my need best/ However one thing i cant ascertain from reviews/write ups etc is whether or not it has the ability to programme workouts to match a reps session

Speed Training
by Marina Antoniou

I have 7 weeks left for the Cyprus half marathon.  I run 30-35 miles a week.  I am aiming for 1hr and 30mins.  I am doing 7 x 400meters (400meters in 1 min 20 secs) and doing 5 x 800meters.  I do these sessions twice  a week and 2 long runs 10 miles

shades marathon schedule??
by Tortoise of the North

schedule over 12 weeks suggested we did one session of 22 miles, four sessions of 20 miles, 2 sessions both of 16 and 18 miles for sub 4hrs in the marathon.  We have been running 3 marathons per year and wondered is it necessary to run all these long runs

Short of time schedules
by Graham Bond

This year I was short of training time, and averaged 2-3 sessions a week (at least a long run building to 20 miles, and a speed session). Managed 3:42. Same is likely again this year - any idea whether anyone has schedules for 3 sessions a week
