So ive done all my research and im satisfied that the 310xt is the piece of kit that suits my need best/ However one thing i cant ascertain from reviews/write ups etc is whether or not it has the ability to programme workouts to match a reps session
I have 7 weeks left for the Cyprus half marathon. I run 30-35 miles a week. I am aiming for 1hr and 30mins. I am doing 7 x 400meters (400meters in 1 min 20 secs) and doing 5 x 800meters. I do these sessions twice a week and 2 long runs 10 miles
have to use the treadmill in order to get a quality session - but the gym is SO hot..... Any suggestions? Any ways of doing sessions outside and still getting a real workout?2) How much faster should the 'speed' bits be? Yesterday I did 8k, 2miles at 10

This year I was short of training time, and averaged 2-3 sessions a week (at least a long run building to 20 miles, and a speed session). Managed 3:42. Same is likely again this year - any idea whether anyone has schedules for 3 sessions a week
