for general rotation purposes. The Mizuno Wave Mustang 4 look good (and cheap as last year's!). Anyone got the Mizunos (I had a pair of their spikes when I did athletics and I loved them)? Thoughts? Thanks! Ostrich - I think rotating runners is a good idea

Over-Supinator Shoes
by Ronan Mac Con Iomaire

.Try makes like Saucony (Jazz, trigon), Mizuno (wave rider, wave mustang, wave creation), or puma (premise) if you want a firmer cushioning. Also the New balance 1021 in particular was very firm underfoot, also the 751 and 1022 (which has replaced the 1021

Can anyone recommend shoes for a supinator?
by UKaitch25

are difficult, but I'd suggest trying something like a Nike Pegasus, Brooks Glycerin or Illusion, Saucony Trigon or Jazz, Asics Nimbus or Cumulus, Mizuno Wave Rider or Mustang and maybe New Balance 1021/22. See which they have and which is most comfortable
