Motivate Me
by Jules25

I ran the marathon a few years ago and have hardly run since. I do lots of other sport but somehow just can't get motivated to go for a run. Can anyone offer any advice? If you enjoy the lots of other sports why do you want to run aswell

Motivational treats
by ninjaTRIATHLETEmonkey

Was just wondering, do other people use treats to motivate them completing a training session? For example, at the moment I have a choclate milkshake and biscuits to look forward to if I complete my training session
