Hi, I am coming up to my 3rd Robin hood half and cannot seem to get myself motivated in training this time and find it difficult to keep going- never had this trouble before (normally do it under 2hr30) anyone got any ideas? try another type

so hard for. Another thought i have is that I dont want to lose the hard earned level of fitness . Keep on going , I felt a little depressed after my first mara , but set new goals and entered more races to keep me motivated . You need a new target
