want to find runs at night around Alston by Andrew Dixon 6

Hi,I am about to be moving to Alston very soon and I am after some suggestions for safe enjoyable runs around Alston, keeping in mind I will be running at late evening(around 8:30ish).Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.Many Thanks,Andrew AD

Night running

of the lack of daylight.  I refuse to join a gym, so the only other option is night running.  I live in the countryside - there's no street lighting. Does anyone have any advice about night running?  Is it possible with a head torch?  My only slight concern
