2 Marathons - advice please
by Terence of Arabia

the scenery and take the medal! then not do too much before Abingdon probably some short intervals and slow/easy 4milers to keep the legs loose.  Does this sound feasible or do you think I'll still be crackered? Hi Terrance,Can I offer some nutritional advice

How many miles a week??
by Louise Simpson 7

on your long runs.  October is a long way away and I am sure you will get there, but don't be too hard on yourself or push too hard as an injury will put paid to your running, if you feel a twinge have a rest day.  Also keep an eye on your nutrition as you

nutrition. Your brain needs food as well as your body. What the heck is a medjool date?As B says, eat poperly and don't eat late, try not to eat dinner after 8pm unless you have early evening run first. Sometimes too much emphasis is put on scrutinizing

Slimming World
by Snowdonia Snail

by looking at the nutritional values.I hope this makes sense. Sounds complicated but it's just knowing what you can and can't have. SS HiHate to point out the obvious, but to have lost 6 pounds in that space of time, most of it will be water.  This will inevitably slow down too

APART from Malt Loaf
What is low fat and tasty by Trail_runner

-rap.When I ate 98% of a malt loaf last w.end (son wanted to try, but didn't like it) I noticed that it gave the nutritional info for 1/8 of a loaf. I mean, once you've started you're never going to leave 7/8 just sitting there, looking at you, are you
