Swelling Ankle
Even though im resting it by Nick L

Im am resting my one leg at the moment as I have an issue with it. Total non-weight bearing and getting around on sticks.Ive not had any trauma etc (injury is overuse) however, my 'bad' leg is swelling up hugely - like a 'fat old lady ankle

thanks. Hi Anna,Suggest you rest for a week (perhaps cross train on bike), ice the knee and take anti-inflammatories.Sounds like Patella Femoral Pain, an overuse injury.Google it, as there's loads of info out there on it.Good luck for FLM.
