Running pace for half marathon

What would be consider a good pace for half marathon?I am a new in running and my pace is around 8.46 for 10 miles run is that any good?? How long is a piece of string?.2 hours isn't a bad benchmark to aim for I guess, I am sure I read on here

.I have noticed that, in the middle of the distance, if I get stuck behind slower paced runners I end up walking because they are going slower than I would like.If I let them get ahead and then quicken my pace to overtake and get a good distance ahead

How to keep same pace for longer races

Can anyone tell me if I run a 3 mile race at 7.46 pace, how I train to get this pace or slightly slower (7.51) for a half marathon. My dream would be to get under 1.30 for a half marathon. Last year I ran a 5 mile undulating race at 7.20 pace

I've set up this Smart Coach thing, but it tells me to run so many miles at a pace. How do i do that? I have a nike+ thing but nothing else, should I use that and keep clicking the button to find out my pace and try to get it to that number or what
