Pace groups at each start position?
And is running with a pace group cheating? by j0n3sy

Im running from the red start at this years FLM, and really like the idea of running with the Sub-3Hr pacing group. However, when I submitted my entry form I put a conservative target time of 3:30, so dont know if im on the red start

Pace Groups
whats it like by Lardass

What's it like running in the pace groups? Are they easy to find and how many people run in (with) them...and do they stick to the pace?:0) It's like following a massive bunch of people running at the same pace. It's a complete pain in the arse
