Really dense question but how do I work out a pace when it says things like *run at 5k pace, 10k pace etc* ? Do I put in a recent race, say 5k, on predictor and divide the predicted time in mins for each distance by miles or what?MrsM No you can

Hi folksI am trying to find a Runner's World article that I read about 6-8 months ago. I think it was in the Warmups section, and gave a handy rule-of-thumb for how to assess your pace. As far as I can remember, it suggested that you can assess pace
anyone got any tips on pacing I alwats seem to either run too slowly or too fast-currently injured with a pulled calf muscle-can't wait to get back to it. Practicing on a track or on the same bit of road should help you get a feel for pace
