Pace
How to keep same pace for longer races by Mairead

Can anyone tell me if I run a 3 mile race at 7.46 pace, how I train to get this pace or slightly slower (7.51) for a half marathon. My dream would be to get under 1.30 for a half marathon. Last year I ran a 5 mile undulating race at 7.20 pace

Does faster equate to increase or decrease in pace? by mike101

A little conundrum on use of English ... I am running along at, say, 5min per kilometre pace.  I decide to go a bit faster, say 4m30s per kilometre.  Have I increased my pace or reduced it?  I have certainly increased my speed but my the measure
