is this just general new runners aches and pains?

weight on it but when i lift my leg.When i put trousers on it hurts, when i lift my leg to put my foot on the clutch in my car it hurts etc.Does anyone know what this could be? Are these just general aches and pains? Should i keep running on it? I realy

Knees - general aches and pains...

Hi, I've been running since Feb and I'm now up to about 10km. I keep getting the odd pains here and there around my knees and I assume this is quite normal as one is beginning?My main concern is a pain at the front of my knee which I am hoping

Shin splints, cramp & general pain!!

and then about every 1 in 3 i'll get a stitch or my shin splints will rear their ugly head and so it goes on.I just need to know whether or not these things will go as I progress & my body gets used to the running or will I be in intermittent pain

deep). Felt good on run after first slow painful mile (where my legs were still holding fond memories of Thurs nights hills!! ;-)) Spent most of the run enjoying the mud, remembering and realising how much I do love running :-) That's 8 days in a row

I've run for 27years with rare ,if any knee pain.Have had knee pain now for six weeks,began with vague ache behind the knee and now I can only run a mile before the general pain worsens.Not severe but stiffens up. The only change to habits is custom
