Knee problem

of the knee when I suddenly bent my leg to get into bed. It went after about 30 secs and there has been no residual pain. Indeed, generally speaking I feel great and my knee seems perfectly OK.I've had runner's knee in the past, but this feels different

One sided running problem

RW Training Log on PC
Anyone using it - week ou ? by Brooks the beast

I installed the training log that came with the last copy of the magazine.Generally like it, however when you select the marathon schedule it is a 16 week schedule. However you can only start the log from January 5th (which is 15 weeks from the FLM

Toe problems

Hi there.Sometimes when I run I get pains in my 2nd and 3rd toes. It's hard to describe but at the point where your foot is bent onto the toes on your trailing leg it's like your they are in a vice. Generally it's my left foot but sometimes my right
