Podiatrist! and forget about physiotherapy, cos that aint the issue, you're fit and motivated, you dont need to come here and have me watch you do the exercises!So, podiatrist solved my problem completely. Physio for me was a waste of time, like you say

physiotherapy is an on-going kind of thing - I know people do go regularly, and when I have had sports injury treatment I've had several sessions.If you have BUPA, use it - that's what your premiums are paying for. If you don't trust your physio ask someone
