Anyone wear orthodics and still have to use stability shoes? by tommygunn

's in is one which is very likely to be caused by over pronation.(In my opinion)I'm no sports professional though so I'll pursue further... Cotty - Good plan; the real test will be when you are running on them. Generally I wouldnt do any high impact activity

to plan and I can achieve the time I have trained for. You will love it. All the hard training will pay off. The best bit of every race is the final few hundred yards and the pint afterwards in your new t-shirt/medal. Nothing beats the acheivement
