How do you take the edge of the post race blues?
post race blues by Catchee Monkey

Post-race low
by Chickenhedge

Hi, Just a quick question - I ran my first 10k race yesterday (and didn't do too badly, if I do say so myself. Well, for me anyway), and today I am in a foul mood. Could this be a post-race low or is it just because it's monday and I am at work

Post-race debility
by Vicky Whitworth

I'm after some advice. I suffer severe post-strenuous exercise debility which knocks me out for two to three days particularly after hard races. I'm a very slow runner, who finds it hard to run but I'm determined to do an under two hours half
