Hi guys, got a 10k in lincoln this weekend, and a few other racs in the not too distant future. any suggestions to good pre race meals, breakfasts etc. normally eat about 3 to 4 hours before an event as i cant run on a full stomach. and try to eat

can you do yourself any damage by taking immodium (sp?) pre race if you haven't got the runner's trots? (at least not really bad anyway)i have a race on sunday and i suffer from appalling nerves anyway and am starting to feel a bit grumbly
