on Tuesday night and did about 12 miles. She has a place in the Great North Run on the 16th which will be her first half marathon. The progress she has made is incredible to me and she wasn't too sure about running in the beginning. I'm so proud of her

I've been running now since the end of February and very happy with my progress. I'm up to 10km already which I have done 3 times since last wednesday and got time 47mins 30, 46mins 30 & 46mins 20. Luckily I was quite active before running which has
at between 3.24 and 3.26 and the last one in 3.30 then you know you've reached your limit. If you can do 3.20 for the last one then the next time you may try 3 at 3.22 and see how the last one goes. This is the main way I progress my interval training
