hi a question, tri training at the mo and my coach and buddies in training say protein need are very high so they recommend i start taking "optimum"h supp, in addition to a good based diet to add in and help prevent breakdown, will i get big muscles

Just a query if anyone can help me please?!?!i run approx 50 miles/week, am 29 (nearly) and weigh approx 10.75 stones/5'10". How much protein do i need ? If its any relevance i am vegan so will get most of my protein from soya products. any pointers

i've being using whey protein for a while now,  i find it very good,, i use alot of milk but my running buddy seems to think taht i use too much milk and that i have to use non fat milk?  is this tru? i just thought any kinda milk would do

hi, I found a sports drink in a bottle which advertised protein and carbs ready to drink,I thought protein started to break down when added to liquid. any thoughts? That would be a bit simplistic.  Your muscles are made of protein
