have to try the sex technique to see if that helps - is this race day morning or the night before? or both? Yes some nerves are normal, I have every chance of coming last in my next race but I doubt I'll be any more or less nervous than usual

Have always had a case of upset tummy before a race and a couple of imodium (?sp) sorts me out. I have always been a nervous type of person anyway but pre race nerves always affect me.however, did barking park 5k on monday and took 2 imodium 1st

I ran the flora 5k on sun did ok - 32 mins, wanted to do 30 but training doesn't simulate the mass of peeps running BUT it was my nerves that really got me. only seemed to get rid of them at 4k - any tips? Also I love my running but after this race
