Thanks guys for a great race. It is excellently organised and must be particularly difficult to marshal but a combination of officials and pink tape makes it difficult to get lost even in the trails. Thanks to the sweeper up for pushing me round.
Anybody out there got a place in this months race but can't run it for whatever reason ? I'm in the Lakes that weekend but by the time i got round to applying it was booked up.

Does anyone know if this race just goes round and round the athletics track or does it have a more interesting route? I think that 13 laps around a running track is a little harsh and would be particularly congested with 400+ lady runners. The Race
