First races (one for the experienced)
by Catherine O'Farrell

to know... does race-day really take some seconds off your time? I normally train with my mp3 player, but I understand that these aren't allowed on the day, I'm worried I won't do as well without it (although, my mind does seem to wander from the music

is running a good way to meet women that are single and have the same running in
by gavin foster

it’s a great and it’s a big thing to have in common and avoids a lot of potential arguments (none of this “you love your trainers/bike more than me”, “do you have to go out again?” etc).  No moaning on race-day about standing around with your kit

Duncan's IMNZ Report
Slightly late, bit like me on race day. by D74

'd be wanting to move through the field on the bike, but my tactic was to find a nice little gap, and just stay there, not getting too close to the person in front to get pinged fro drafting, but just go at an easy pace and not overcook it. Having only done 10
